Each sofa, chair or sectional is still handcrafted in California, from domestic hardwoods and leather from an Italian tannery. All frames are constructed with hand-selected woods and reinforced with corner blocking to ensure stability over the years. Seats have a steel spring suspension and cushions that are made from a high-density polyurethane foam core guaranteed against loss of resiliency. All leathers are 100% top grain hides from some of the oldest tanneries in the world. In house cutting, sewing and framing. Bench made production. Tempered steel springs suspension with tie wire providing constant comport. Outside arms and backs and padded with polyurethane for solid shape and durability. This builder is a founding member of the Sustainable Furniture Council, and a leader in eco-conscious furniture manufacturing. Their California factory incorporates energy saving measures like cool-roofs, low-energy ventilation and lighting systems and other steps to reduce the carbon footprint. The company has also implemented recycling measures for office and construction materials, as well as using water-based glues in frame building.

Generous Warranties. To the original purchaser a limited 3 year warrantee for the leather, a limited lifetime warrantee for the frame construction and spring suspension, and a 3 year warrantee for the recliner and sleeper mechanisms. All warrantees are against defects in material; and workmanship based on the stated time of the warranty under normal use, and from the date of purchase

For the standard sofas 16 weeks: 8-10 for the build 4-6 weeks on delivery. For our hand rubbed, and high wax leathers we are 6-8 months, due to the high level of craftsmanship needed to complete these builds. Don't know which is which? Give us a call and we will let you know.

You are always welcome to pick up your furniture at our warehouse free of charge once it is ready.

Deliveries of all orders within 60 miles of our Denver store are a flat $99, and include delivery inside your home to the room of your choice as well as assembly where needed.

Deliveries of all orders outside of the 60 mile radius are a flat $99, and are delivered by one of our trucking partners to your property. Since there is typically one driver, we cannot offer inside setup and assembly.

We cannot accept returns on custom-made furniture, so please be sure of your selections before placing your order. Express ship and stock items (except sale items) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund less return shipping.
