Refund policy

Return Policy:

We will refund the purchase price of any item (with the exception of custom orders and installed lighting fixtures) any time you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days after purchase. You will be responsible for shipping back to our Denver store, and items must arrive in the same condition in which you received them. We will send you a return shipping label and deduct the expense from your refund. Returns must be in original packaging.

If you receive a broken or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours so that we may place a claim with the shipping company. In the case of furniture deliveries, you must inspect the items upon arrival to warrant that they were received in good condition. If they are damaged or defective, note any issues, take photos and contact Modern Bungalow as soon as possible so that we can work with either the shipping company or the artisan and make it right.
