1. Program description

Modern Bungalow Inc. operates an SMS notification program to inform customers about the status of their furniture delivery and to coordinate with its delivery partners. Messages are transactional only. No promotional or marketing content is sent through this program.

2. Message types

Customers may receive: order acknowledgement after their order is handed off to a delivery partner; delivery scheduling messages from the delivery partner; delivery confirmation messages; and post-delivery follow-up messages.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies by order and by delivery scheduling. A typical order will receive between two and five SMS messages over the lifetime of the order.

4. Fees

Modern Bungalow does not charge for SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. Opt-in

You opt in to the SMS program by checking the dedicated SMS-consent box on our online order page or by signing the SMS-consent line on the in-store order form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may complete an order without opting in to SMS.

6. Opt-out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. To opt back in, you must re-enable SMS notifications on a future order.

8. Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
