SUPERIOR customer service!! I purchased a couple of custom Arroyo Craftsman lights for my new home from Modern Bungalow online. The whole experience was *stellar*.  They ensured my order was exactly what I wanted, walked me through the timeline for the custom order and the lights arrived exactly as I specified and even showed up earlier than they anticipated. I will definitely order from them again and can't wait to get my new lights installed!

The Frank Lloyd Write table runner we bought is beautiful! High quality, just like the placemats we already had. While not exactly the same pattern they are so similar in color and design that they coordinate very well. Very happy with our purchase.

Modern Bungalow was great to work with. Their customer satisfaction is upmost. I made a major mistake on a custom order and yet they were willing to work with me. As it turned out my mistake complimented my room in a way I hadn't expected. The order was through Simply Amish. Some of their options are not shown, and that's where I made my mistake.And I put down the wrong stain, but it works beautifully. They also worked with me on an extended delivery date, as our newly constructed house was way behind schedule.

For years we drove from KS to go to Modern Bungalow. We have shopped here since the opening. We have purchased framed tiles, rugs, furniture, cute bronze animal figures, coasters, framed quotations, table runners, prints, lamps, etc. A fabulous arts and crafts era shop.
