Meticulously hand woven using a flat weave technique, this rug combines 90% wool with 10% cotton for a durable, naturally textured surface. The wool provides warmth and resilience, while the cotton blend adds subtle softness. Perfect for living rooms, bedrooms, and entryways, the Pleda delivers timeless style with the authentic character of traditional weaving.
Meet the Maker

Our network of skilled weavers in India are 85% female, from over 700 villages in India. They use techniques handed down over generations to design and craft some of the finest rugs in the world. Jaipur rugs Foundation works with these women to ensure a not only a living wage, but a quality of life, including the Alternative Education program for the weavers and their children. The holistic approach addresses economic empowerment, healthcare, and preservation of craftsmanship across rural communities in India.

Monitor settings vary, so we always recommend seeing the actual colors of our carpets in your home. Plus, we want you to experience the quality construction so that you trust your investment in one of our hand-knotted rugs. Just purchase the smallest size available and we'll ship it with a return label so that you can send it back for a refund when you've made your choices on a larger rug.

Warranty

Hand-knotted rugs are meant to last for generations. Some amount of shedding is to be expected in the initial months after receiving your rug, and will diminish with regular vacuuming. If you spot any defect in material or workmanship, please contact us right away so that we can work with our maker to make it right.

Our flat-weave rugs are inspired by traditional Southwest weaving techniques and are hand-knotted by artisans with skills passed down through generations.

Made of 100% wool and meant to last for many decades in your own home. Some variation in color is normal due to the natural materials we use.
