Handcrafted Amish-built dining bench featuring solid wormy maple with a distinctive live edge top. Select your ideal length between 66 and 96 inches to fit your space perfectly. Choose from multiple base styles to match your décor. Thick 1-5/8" top delivers durability and presence at your table. Each piece showcases the natural character and warmth of premium maple wood, built to last generations.

Dimensions

14 inches wide, available in your choice of lengths.
Width is approximate due to the natural character of the wood. Top is 1-5/8" thick and contains some knot and wormholes, which are covered and filled for a smoothly finished surface. Bases are made from powder-coated steel.
Materials + Construction

All of our wood furniture is made with timeless woodworking techniques passed down over generations. All solid North American hardwoods are used, harvested from sustainably managed forests and kiln-dried before building. We send your order into a friendly office, where it is printed out on paper with your name on it and delivered to the family workshop that specializes in that particular piece. The craftsman takes the order with all of its information and builds it to your specifications. From there it heads to the finishing shop, where it is double-checked for quality, and stained if needed. Our post-catalyzed lacquer is then added in a triple-sanded process for a buttery smooth finish.

Our network of Amish workshops across Ohio, Indiana and Illinois are more than our makers, they've in many cases become friends. We admire their dedication to their craft and are honored to have them building heirloom quality furniture for us. Their tradition of craftsmanship means they enjoy creating beautiful furniture for your family to enjoy, create memories around, and pass on to future generations of your family.
Build and Delivery Time Frames

Please allow 8-10 weeks for building and an additional 1-2 weeks for shipping, for a total of 10-12 weeks. If your time constraint is a bit shorter, check out any item titled Express Ship for items in our most popular styles and finishes, stocked and ready to leave on the next truck from Amish country. Express items can usually be delivered in 4-6 weeks, depending on trucking schedules.

Monitor settings can vary, and colors look different in your home than on your screen. Check out our collection of wood samples here. Order as many as you like, shipping is always free on samples and you can return them anytime for a refund or credit toward your purchase. Warranty

Amish furniture is built to last, period. We warrant that your furniture will be free from defects for your lifetime. If your furniture isn't exactly what you ordered, we'll make it right. If it develops a split or crack, we'll have it rebuilt. If a drawer slide fails 15 years from now, we'll replace it. Just keep in mind that wood is a natural material that has intrinsic variations and will age and patina over time, which we believe adds to its beauty and is not considered a defect. Keep in mind, solid wood is always breathing. We do recommend that you keep humidity in your home around 35-40% to prevent any warping or shrinking.
