Do We Offer Coupons or Promo Codes?

Many people search online for Modern Bungalow coupons, discount codes, or special offers. We want to be clear and transparent:  Modern Bungalow does not use coupons, promo codes, or discount websites.

Our furniture and décor are heirloom-quality, crafted by artisans using the finest natural materials like solid hardwood, wool, and leather. Each piece is designed to last for generations, and we price our collections fairly every day — without gimmicks or inflated “sales.”

Do We Ever Have Sales?

On our furniture pages, you will see the manufacturer's MSRP price, and our every day discounted price reflected off of that. We strive to keep it as competitive as possible to provide the best value at all times. For our shoppers who need to save up for their heirloom furniture and are willing to wait- During the 10 days each year up to and including Memorial Day and Labor Day, we offer an additional 10% off of all of our hardwood furniture, and that price will be reflected online during that time. We are not able to offer any sales on rugs.

How to Get the Best Value with Modern Bungalow

Even though we don’t offer coupons, there are several ways we offer the best value possible:

• Free Shipping - We offer free UPS Ground or USPS shipping all the time on all rugs, lighting, and all samples. On rug samples, we include prepaid return labels. No codes needed! 
• $99 Delivery - All furniture orders, no matter how big or small, are just $99 for delivery. In Colorado that includes setup, outside of Colorado we offer doorstep delivery for $99.
• No sales tax outside Colorado - For delivery addresses outside of Colorado, are not required to collect sales tax. Just enter your address in the cart to see!
• Join Our Newsletter – subscribe to our emails to get the first notice of Memorial Day and Labor Day sale prices, and any clearance items we or our makers have for discount prices. We also like to keep you posted on new styles in store and any special events. We never email more than twice a month.
