Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping Policy:

UPS Ground or USPS regular shipping is free on all orders over $50 except furniture.

Unfortunately we cannot offer express shipping, due to the handcrafted nature of our items.

In-stock items ship the day of order or the next day. We will email you with tracking information as soon as your item(s) are shipped.

Time frames vary widely by item, depending on degree of customization and item type. Please refer to individual product pages or maker pages for specific lead time information on a particular item.

If you live in (or would like to visit!) the Denver metro area, you’re always welcome to pick up online orders at our store during store hours at no charge. 

Furniture Delivery Rates:

We offer flat rate shipping regardless of the size of order or number of items. Our white glove delivery service includes bringing your items safely inside the home, situating them in place and setting them up properly.

City of Denver: $99

Denver Metro (Lone Tree to Westminster): $99

Front Range, Summit County and Vail: $99

Deliveries outside of our delivery radius are handled by our network of white glove delivery partners and include the same level of service for a flat rate of $299 regardless of order size.

Return Policy:

We will refund the purchase price of any item (with the exception of custom orders and light fixtures that have been installed) any time you are unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days after purchase. You will be responsible for shipping back to our Denver store, and items must arrive in the same condition in which you received them. We will send you a return shipping label and deduct the expense from your refund. Returns must be in original packaging. 

If you receive a broken or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours so that we may place a claim with the shipping company. In the case of furniture deliveries, you must inspect the items upon arrival to warrant that they were received in good condition. If they are damaged or defective, note any issues, take photos and contact Modern Bungalow as soon as possible so that we can work with either the shipping company or the artisan and make it right.
