The packaging was superb and both lamps arrived in perfect condition, which, given the nature of glass shades, was of concern to us. My wife and I were extremely impressed with Modern Bungalow’s customer service in regard to our order and will not only be sure to consult their offerings as we progress in the renovation of our home, but will strongly encourage our friends to do so as well.

Besides the beauty of the lamps and the fine craftsmanship that goes into the production of each one, the customer service team at Modern Bungalow goes above and beyond to make sure the lamp that is shipped is the right one for its owner. With no way to go to the showroom, I relied on them to get the right lamp, customized for my low ceilings. I love my lamps!

Here's an update on the BEAUTIFUL pendant lights we ordered, which finally got installed last week. They are wonderful, and perfectly complete our porch!
