Open Position for 2026- Sales and Design Consultant

Our little boutique on Old South Gaylord Street is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic sales professional. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. 
  • Create exceptional working relationships with your co-workers. 
  • Learn the Modern Bungalow collection: Identify makers options, collections, and timeframes for delivery, etc. 
  • Educate customers on our products qualities and benefits. 
  • Advise on design decisions. Guide their selection and build their confidence.
  • Document leads in our system with relevant and timely information. Keep it updated throughout the transaction lifecycle. 
  • Shepherd the customer through the sale cycle to ensure their expectations are met and they are delighted with their experience.
  • Follow up with makers and customers to exchange information as necessary to close a sale.
  • Use our POS and CRM systems to correctly write up customer orders.
  • Help keep the showroom in order. Keep things tidy, update pricing on tags, and the occasional rug vacuum. 

Requirements:

  • Must have a genuine interest in people 
  • Must be comfortable with technology. Internet tools, Excel proficient. Etc. 
  • Eye for design, color, details and quality
  • Years of high-end furniture sales experience (Amish Furniture experience is a plus)
  • A love of developing relationships with customers, makers, neighbors, coworkers, etc.
  • Good at self education: Knowledge is power
  • Positivity, flexibility, creativity 
  • Weekend shifts are mandatory

Location: 1028 S. Gaylord St. Denver)

Salary: $55,000-65,000 (negotiable) We don't do commission here. We pay everyone a full salary. It encourages the team to take care of all team members and our customers. (Yes in that order)
