My art arrived in perfect condition – we love it! This was our second order from Modern Bungalow and I just wanted to express my appreciation for your wonderful communication process. I order a LOT of things online – even more so since this past March. I’ve never had such a positive experience with a company as far as timely shipping, updates on status, and follow-up after the arrival of my items. Whatever time or money you have invested in this system, I believe it distinguishes you from others in a very positive way. I bought 2 amazing, beautiful rugs. They arrived promptly along with only 1 of the 2 rug pads. Katie in customer service was wonderful to work with in tracking down the missing pad in the pre Christmas shipping mess and sorting out the problem. I will definitely work with them again! I love my new rugs!
