    Because of this attention to detail, our builders offer a lifetime guarantee against defects in materials or workmanship. For the lifetime of the original purchaser, we will repair or replace any defects in materials or workmanship for free, with only a charge for shipping. If the warranty claim is on a wood piece, we will have the same person who built the piece in the first place do the repair. Modern Bungalow will arrange for the pickup of your piece and shipment back to to the builder for repair.

    Most every piece we sell is custom-made, with your individual selection of wood and stain. Custom details such as varying the size of an item are easily accomplished as well.
