Every frame is made with extra thick kiln-dried wood, which is constructed for added durability. The wood is sourced through suppliers who are certified for environmentally sound practices, including certifications from the Forest Stewardship Council, CSA Sustainable Forest Management, and ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems.Only high quality polyurethane foam is used to construct the core of their cushions, which are then wrapped in Dacron to prevent the fabric from slipping. The foam itself is sourced from a zero waste supply chain, and the remnants are recycled into carpet underlay. All foams are CFC-free and polybrominated diphenyl free.

25 year Pro-rated Warranty. Our vendor bears a lifetime (25 year) pro-rated* frame and spring warranty, as well as the foam products used in seat and back cushions against excessive loss of resiliency. All sofa-bed units and mattresses feature a three year pro-rated warranty. Exposed wood parts shall carry a 1 year limited warranty against material defects.

Typical build and delivery time frame is 10-12 weeks. However lead times often depend on the availability of the fabric. We track what is in stock and will let you know if there is going to be a delay so you can make changes accordingly. We are unable to guarantee any delivery time frames. These are our best estimates based on the most recent deliveries and conversations with our vendors.

You are always welcome to pick up your furniture at our warehouse free of charge once it is ready.

Deliveries of all orders within 60 miles of our Denver store are a flat $99, and include delivery inside your home to the room of your choice as well as assembly where needed.

Deliveries of all orders outside of the 60 mile radius are a flat $99, and are delivered by one of our trucking partners to your property. Since there is typically one driver, we cannot offer inside setup and assembly.

We cannot accept returns on custom-made furniture, so please be sure of your selections before placing your order. Express ship and stock items (except sale items) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund less return shipping.
