The wood for each piece is individually selected, sanded with a three-step process, stained the color of your choosing, and finished with the best catalyzed varnish for lifelong protection. All hardware is top of the line, from the full-extension soft close drawers to the butterfly table leaves and custom-made ball bearing slides to open the table with a single hand. Once your order is placed, your order with your name on it, is sent by buggy from the office to the family who specializes in your particular pieces of furniture. The craftsman who makes your piece will sign it and finish it with a seal containing your name and order information. We've even had a customer travel to Arcola, Illinois to meet the maker of their furniture! Every piece we sell is custom-made, with your individual selection of wood and stain. However, the items in the Express collection are stocked in the wood and stain shown so that they can be delivered to your home in 8 weeks. Custom details such as varying the size of an item are easily accomplished as well, just chat us because nearly anything is possible!

Lifetime Guarantee. Our vendor's promise is simple: If your furniture fails during normal household use in the lifetime of the original owner due to problems in either the workmanship or material, they'll repair or replace it for free. This warranty applies only to normal household use determined solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. Liability for consequential property damage is excluded from this warranty.

All pieces are custom built based on your order. Currently it takes 12-14 weeks to build, and 1-2 weeks to ship. Due to challenges created by Covid-19, we are unable to guarantee any time frame. The above estimate is based on the last completed delivery and conversations with our vendor. Feel free to reach out with questions on current lead times or specifics on any item.

You are always welcome to pick up your furniture at our warehouse free of charge once it is ready.

Deliveries of all orders within 60 miles of our Denver store are a flat $99, and include delivery inside your home to the room of your choice as well as assembly where needed.

Deliveries of all orders outside of the 60 mile radius are a flat $299, and are delivered by one of our trucking partners to your property. Since there is typically one driver, we cannot offer inside setup and assembly.

We cannot accept returns on custom-made furniture, so please be sure of your selections before placing your order. Express ship and stock items (except sale items) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund less return shipping.
